2Elves was formed in 2021 when Pat Keenan and Chuck Evans decided to combine their unique talents in artistry. The sculptures they create are designed with 3D software and used in conjunction with G-code in CNC operations to carve larger than life characters in EPS foam, and other products in beautiful hardwoods and metal.
Their first collaboration was at the request of the World Games Organization in Birmingham, Alabama. The design goal was to create a parade float for the game’s closing ceremonies with carved sculptures that would highlight the state’s many attractions. After that project, Yardigras and Mardi Gras float building was in full swing.
